Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry, part of Smiles of Canada, is seeking a highly experienced Associate Dentist to join our busy and well-established practice in Mississauga.
We have a strong and consistent patient flow and are looking for a confident clinician who can step into a busy environment and independently manage a wide range of dental procedures.
This position is best suited for an experienced dentist with strong clinical skills, excellent treatment-planning abilities, and the confidence to manage a high-volume patient schedule.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume dental practice
Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning skills
Confident performing restorative dentistry and a broad range of general dental procedures
Experience with endodontics, surgical extractions, Invisalign, and/or implant dentistry is a strong asset
Excellent patient communication and case-presentation skills
Able to work independently and efficiently
Strong commitment to quality patient care and long-term patient relationships
This is not a fresh graduate position. We are specifically seeking an experienced dentist who is comfortable taking on an established and busy patient schedule.
