Orthodontic Receptionist – Bilingual (Spanish Required)
Full-Time | Gateway Park & Southlands | No Weekends
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator for a modern, state-of-the-art orthodontic office serving patients of all ages. This is a full-time position (32–40 hrs/wk). Travel between our two Aurora locations (Gateway Park and Southlands) is required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST. Fluency preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual – Spanish (required)
Dental/orthodontic front office experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent spelling and written communication
Pleasant phone voice and professional etiquette
Knowledge of dental/ortho terminology and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone calls with outstanding etiquette
Confirm and schedule patient appointments
Check patients in and out
Perform insurance verification and submit claims and pre-approvals
Present treatment plans to patients
Ensure patient confidentiality at all times
Data entry — payments, patient information, and procedure codes
Accounts receivable management, including processing delinquent accounts through collections
