Job Description
Woodland Hills Dental Care is seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify and process PPO and HMO insurance benefits
Check patients in and out
Present treatment plans and collect payments
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate patient scheduling and communicate with the clinical team
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
Required experience with PPO and HMO dental insurance
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
Reliable, professional, and a team player
Pay: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour
