Job Title: Dental Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: McLean, VA
Practice Type: Private Practice (Fee-for-Service / FFS focused)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level clinical assistance using efficient 4-handed dentistry techniques.
Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/CDC compliance protocols.
Take high-quality digital radiographs (PAs and bite-wings) efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service, making patients feel comfortable and valued from arrival to checkout.
Clear, professional communication regarding post-operative care and treatment instructions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven proficiency in 4-handed dentistry.
Certifications: Current X-ray/Radiation Safety Certification and active CPR/BLS certification are mandatory.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (both reading and writing) is required for precise charting, treatment documentation, and patient communications.
Soft Skills: Outstanding customer service abilities with a warm, professional clinical demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status is a strong plus.
Experience working in a private, patient-centric dental practice setting.
