Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during their visits.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the doctor during dental procedures
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
Taking dental X-rays as needed
Reviewing medical histories and updating patient charts
Providing patients with post-op instructions
Maintaining OSHA and infection-control standards
Helping with patient flow and general office support
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred
X-ray certification preferred or required, depending on state regulations
Knowledge of dental software is a plus (we use Denticon)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
