What We Need
This role requires speed and confidence with hands-on procedures from day one and who can keep chair time efficient without sacrificing quality.

Required:
2+ years of direct chair side experience, with demonstrated speed and independence on: crown and bridge preps, temporaries fabrication, extractions, implant surgical assisting, and full-mouth restorative cases
Completing relevant clinical notes
Current X-Ray Certification
Comfortable turning over an operatory quickly between patients without compromising sterilization or setup standards
Preferred:
CEREC and Dentrix experience
3D printing experience
CPR certification (if not already held)
Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM (4-day work week)
What You'll Do
Assist with restorative and surgical procedures — implants, extractions, crowns, and full-mouth restorations
Capture high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
Provide compassionate, efficient patient care throughout each visit
Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth clinical workflow across the day
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay $30–38/hour, based on demonstrated experience and speed with the procedures above
