Job Description
EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANTSammamish, WA | Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week
We’re not looking for just another dental assistant. We’re looking for someone exceptional.
Our practice is intentionally different.
We are a boutique dental practice built around exceptional dentistry, exceptional patient experiences, and an exceptional team. We believe in doing things the right way—not the fastest way. We prioritize quality over volume, invest in advanced technology and continuing education, and hold ourselves to a very high standard in everything we do.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Dental Assistant who shares that mindset.
If you take pride in your clinical skills, genuinely care about people, communicate exceptionally well, and want to work alongside a team that is committed to excellence, we would love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create a Five-Star, Four Seasons–style experience for every patient, from the moment they walk through our doors.
Anticipate the needs of the doctor and patient and help each procedure run smoothly and efficiently.
Prepare, organize, and maintain instruments, equipment, and materials for all dental procedures.
Perform all aspects of chairside assisting within the scope of Washington State law.
Educate patients and communicate treatment clearly, confidently, and compassionately.
Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
Continuously develop your clinical knowledge and skills.
Contribute positively to a team culture where everyone takes ownership and everyone supports one another.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced dental assistant who:
Is passionate about patient care and understands that the patient experience matters just as much as the dentistry.
Has excellent clinical skills and takes genuine pride in your work.
Is confident, polished, personable, and an exceptional communicator.
Is proactive—you see what needs to be done rather than waiting to be asked.
Has a strong attention to detail and high personal standards.
Works well independently but thrives as part of a close-knit team.
Has an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Understands that working in a high-end practice requires consistency, discretion, professionalism, and attention to the smallest details.
OUR PRACTICE
We offer something that is increasingly difficult to find in dentistry: a practice where quality truly comes first.
You’ll work in a beautiful environment with a stellar team, a highly personalized approach to patient care, and doctors who are committed to doing exceptional dentistry.
