We are seeking an experienced dental assistant who can contribute from day one. This is not an entry-level position.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, embraces accountability, communicates professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment focused on excellence. If you're the assistant other assistants come to for help, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience
Coronal polishing certification
Nitrous oxide monitoring certification
Current CPR certification
Strong restorative assisting skills
Extensive Invisalign experience
Extensive CEREC experience, including scanning, shade matching, characterization, design support, milling, glazing, and troubleshooting
Experience with digital scanners and digital workflows
Comfortable discussing treatment with patients and reinforcing doctor recommendations
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Ability to receive real-time coaching and feedback professionally
Ability to provide constructive feedback to teammates respectfully and effectively
Holds themselves accountable and contributes to a culture of accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with same-day dentistry workflows
Experience assisting with crown, bridge, implant, surgical, and comprehensive restorative procedures
Experience helping train or mentor other team members
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures
Digital scanning and support of digital workflows
Invisalign workflow support
CEREC workflow support
Shade matching and restoration characterization
Taking radiographs
Nitrous monitoring
Coronal polishing
Operatory setup, turnover, and sterilization
Patient education and communication
Inventory management and supply ordering to ensure clinical areas remain fully stocked and efficient
Organizing and tracking laboratory invoices and related documentation
Assisting with administrative and behind-the-scenes clinical operations that support practice efficiency and growth
Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to practice standards
Maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and patient experience
Supporting providers and teammates to ensure an efficient schedule
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for more than someone who can simply assist chairside.

The ideal candidate understands comprehensive dentistry, anticipates provider needs, and actively contributes to the success of the clinical team. They are comfortable with advanced restorative procedures, digital dentistry, Invisalign, and CEREC technology.

They welcome coaching, communicate directly and professionally, and understand that growth requires both feedback and accountability. They are willing to help train, mentor, and elevate those around them while continuing to develop their own skills.
