Job Description
Smith/Wallace Restorative Dentistry is a privately owned dental practice looking for an experienced, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team.
We are a two-doctor private practice that takes pride in providing personalized, high-quality patient care. We value teamwork, consistency, professionalism, and creating a positive environment for both our patients and staff.
We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident in their clinical skills, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term position in a private practice setting.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Experience assisting with restorative and crown procedures
Comfortable taking digital X-rays and intraoral images
Strong understanding of sterilization and infection-control protocols
Able to anticipate the doctor's needs and work efficiently
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Friendly and compassionate with patients
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player who enjoys working in a close-knit private practice
Expanded functions/dental assisting certification is a plus
What We Offer
Full-time Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
Competitive pay based on experience
