Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
About Our Practice
The Institute for Advanced Dentistry & Implants is a specialty dental practice in Peoria, Arizona, focused on advanced implant surgery, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and complex restorative treatment.

We are a technology-driven practice with a strong emphasis on clinical precision, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.

We are looking for an experienced dental assistant who can step into a busy clinical environment and contribute from day one.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical abilities, organized, proactive, and comfortable assisting with complex dental procedures.

What You'll Be Doing
Clinical & Surgical Assisting
Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance for implant surgery, extractions, bone grafting, crown and bridge procedures, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Prepare and maintain surgical operatories, sterile fields, instruments, and implant components.

Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain smooth, efficient procedures.

Assist with All-on-X/full-arch implant procedures and prosthetic appointments.

Support sedation appointments, including patient preparation, monitoring assistance within your training and scope, and postoperative care.

Maintain excellent infection control, sterilization, and operatory turnover standards.

Digital Dentistry & Laboratory
Capture high-quality intraoral scans, CBCT imaging, radiographs, and clinical photographs.

Assist with digital impressions, implant scanning, and restorative workflows.

Support in-house 3D printing, provisional restorations, and basic laboratory procedures.

Maintain organization of digital files, instruments, and laboratory materials.

Patient Experience & Teamwork
Provide a professional, reassuring experience for patients undergoing complex dental treatment.

Review medical histories, obtain vitals, and communicate postoperative instructions.

Work closely with the lead assistant and clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the front office.

What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience.

Strong proficiency in four-handed dentistry and advanced restorative procedures.

Ability to work independently, anticipate clinical needs, and maintain an organized operatory.

Experience with surgical assisting and sterile technique.

Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and infection control.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication.

Arizona-compliant dental radiography qualifications.

Dependable, punctual, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced specialty practice.

Highly Preferred:
Dental implant surgery and full-arch/All-on-X experience.

Prosthodontic or complex restorative experience.

Experience with intraoral scanners, CBCT, and digital dental workflows.

Familiarity with implant components, restorative materials, and surgical instrumentation.

Experience with 3D printing or in-house dental laboratory procedures.

Who Will Thrive Here?

You'll be successful in this role if you:
Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Think two steps ahead during procedures.

Take pride in keeping your operatory, instruments, and materials organized.

Work efficiently without compromising quality or patient safety.

Are comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving.

Enjoy working alongside a specialist performing advanced, detail-oriented dentistry.

Are confident in your abilities but understand the importance of teamwork.

Why Join Us?

Competitive compensation: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.

Performance-based bonus opportunities.

Paid time off and paid holidays.

401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

Employee dental benefits and discounts.

Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with three-day weekends.

Exposure to advanced implant surgery, prosthodontics, and digital dentistry.

Modern clinical technology, including TRIOS intraoral scanning, CBCT, guided implant surgery, and in-house 3D printing.

Opportunity to grow professionally in a specialized, high-quality dental practice.

Our Expectations
We take pride in delivering exceptional dentistry and maintaining a high standard of clinical care.

We're looking for someone who brings experience, professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude to work every day.

If you're an experienced dental assistant looking for a practice where your skills will be valued and challenged, we'd love to hear from you.
