Experienced Dental Assistant – Patient-Focused, Technology-Driven Practice

Three Notch Dental is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our committed team in California, MD. We are a privately owned practice with a close-knit team, low staff turnover, and a strong commitment to excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, upbeat, hardworking, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. We are a fully digital office equipped with CBCT, intraoral scanning, a 3D printer, and an in-house crown and bridge lab.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
Is calm, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Has a valid X-ray certification
What You Can Expect:
Competitive hourly pay: $20 to $30, based on experience

No weekend hours and a structured work schedule to support work-life balance:
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Wed: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Beginning next April, our schedule will change to:
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
