Job Description
Integrity Dental Associates is a privately owned, patient-centered dental practice committed to providing exceptional care with advanced technology in a friendly, supportive environment. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Assist the doctor with surgical procedures, including extractions, implant surgery, bone grafting, and other oral surgery procedures. Surgical assisting experience is required.
Assist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, endodontic, pediatric, and emergency dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment and ensure all instruments, materials, and equipment are ready.
Sterilize instruments and maintain strict compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols.
Take high-quality digital radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral photographs.
Perform digital intraoral scans for crowns, bridges, implant restorations, dentures, and other restorative procedures.
Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns and other provisional restorations as needed.
Accurately document treatment, medical history, and clinical notes using Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative instructions, and treatment recommendations.
Maintain inventory and ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Coordinate with the front office to provide an efficient and seamless patient experience.
Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Perform other clinical duties as needed to support the practice.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience.
Required: Experience assisting with oral surgery procedures, including extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and related surgical procedures.
Experience with digital dentistry, including intraoral scanners and CBCT imaging.
Experience performing digital scans for crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and dentures.
Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures.
Thorough understanding of OSHA, CDC infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
