Job Description
Our office is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-centered team in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities
Provide seamless, top-tier four-handed chairside assistance during general and restorative procedures.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with digital charting/patient records.
Oversee instrument sterilization, operator breakdown/setup, and strict OSHA/infection control standards.
Guide patient flow smoothly throughout the day, ensuring patient comfort and clear post-op instruction.
Collaborate closely with our doctors and administrative team to maintain a clean, efficient clinical schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (RDA) (Required)
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on chairside dental assisting experience (Required; non-entry level)
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred) and digital charting.
Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a proactive team-first mindset.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Rotating Mondays/Saturdays every other week)
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
