Join our small, patient-focused dental practice as our lead dental assistant!
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant who thrives with clinical independence, enjoys building strong patient relationships, and wants a long-term, rewarding role.

Your role:
Chairside assisting, digital X-rays, iTero scans, impressions, and intraoral photos
Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Enter visit notes and periodontal charting, ensuring accurate patient records
Inventory management
Provide patient education and post-op instructions
Support daily office workflow and team as needed
You are:
A DA/RDA with 2+ years of experience
Certified in CPR, X-ray, and coronal polishing
Comfortable working independently as the primary assistant
A team player who naturally pitches in where needed
Known for being reliable, personable, and professional in the workplace
Someone who connects easily with patients, builds trust, and communicates clearly to support understanding and treatment follow-through.
