Job Description
$30–$35/hour DOE | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM–4:30 PM | Benefits
Christine Kirchner DDS is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team as we prepare to welcome an Associate Dentist.

What You'll Do
Assist with restorative treatment such as crowns, implants and fills
Help oversee daily clinical flow and support the assisting team
Monitor patient and doctor flow throughout the day
Assist with inventory
Support onboarding and training of dental assistants
Maintain sterilization and infection-control protocols
Provide excellent patient care and education
Lead by example and help create a positive, organized clinical environment
We're Looking For
Experienced dental assistant with strong general dentistry experience
Comfortable with crowns, implants, and digital dentistry
Organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys helping others
Previous Lead Assistant experience is not required — we're looking for someone who has the qualities of a leader and is ready to take the next step
Dentrix experience preferred

You'll be joining a growing clinical team of 1 Doctor, 2 Restorative Assistants, 1 Hygiene Assistant, 2 Full-Time Hygienists, and 1 Part-Time Hygienist, with an Associate Dentist joining the practice.
If you're an experienced dental assistant who is dependable, takes initiative, enjoys supporting your team, and is ready to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you!
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week
