We are a small, private dental practice looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist who wants to do great work in a more laid-back, positive, and team-focused environment. We take patient care seriously, but we also believe work should feel human, supportive, and enjoyable. This role is a great fit for an experienced hygienist who has strong clinical skills, communicates well with patients, manages time well, and wants to be part of a practice where they are trusted, valued, and not treated like just another provider on the schedule.

What You’ll Do:
Provide preventive dental care and patient education
Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, and radiographs
Assess and document patient oral health conditions
Partner with the dentist on treatment recommendations and patient care
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
Maintain accurate records and infection control standards
Be an active, positive part of the team
What We’re Looking For:
Current South Dakota Dental Hygienist license, or ability to obtain
Hygiene experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Good time management
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Initiative, reliability, and follow-through
Someone who enjoys a smaller practice setting
Someone who wants a healthier, more enjoyable work environment
Schedule:
Full-time, 4-day work week with an alternating Monday/Friday schedule. Every other weekend is a 4-day weekend.
