Experienced Dental Insurance & Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
MySmile Dental is hiring an experienced Insurance & Treatment Coordinator for our newer San Antonio office. Our scheduling coordinator handles incoming calls, so your focus is the patient in front of you: accurate insurance, clear treatment plans, and confident financial conversations.

What you'll do
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits accurately before every appointment
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements; answer coverage questions
Check patients in and out, collect copays, schedule next visits
Maintain patient records in Open Dental; handle follow-ups and recall
Back up the phones during overflow
What we need
2+ years dental front office experience (required)
Hands-on insurance verification and treatment presentation experience
Open Dental experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Professional, organized, dependable
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
