Experienced Dental Office Receptionist - FT

Our multi-generational office of Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental Specialists is seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist for a Full-Time position (no students, sorry). Job duties include:
Greeting patients, answering phone calls
Scheduling patient appointments and managing doctor's schedules
Processing payments and insurance claims, assisting with billing inquiries
Creating and maintaining digital patient records
Clearly reviewing and completing paperwork and contracts with patients
Coordinating orders with lab vendors and other suppliers
The ideal candidate will:
Be open, friendly, mature and professional in dealing with children, parents, grandparents, and patients of all ages
Be a motivated self-starter and independent problem-solver, working collaboratively with doctors and other dental staff
Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Have 2+ years of direct dental reception experience in Canada (MOA experience not accepted); bonus for experience in a specialist or orthodontic office, and knowledge of ClearDent and Dolphin software a plus
Be fully fluent in English; working knowledge of spoken Chinese / Mandarin a plus
Be open to a flexible schedule, including working on Saturdays

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
