YOU MUST HAVE A CANADIAN DENTAL RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR EXPERIENCE OR 2 YEARS CANADIAN DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO APPLY TO THIS POSITION.

The team at 7 Days Dental are looking to add a new Dental Receptionist/Administrator on a full-time/part time basis. We are committed to clinical excellence, integrity and an outstanding patient experience . Delivering strong patient care is our number 1 priority which is why our practice is consistently rated very high by our patients on Google or any other social media platform.
We are a team who is passionate about helping our patients achieve good oral health. Our team based approach allows us to work together to give our patients the best care possible. This is an opportunity for the right candidate looking to advance their long term career in healthcare with great potential for growth and development. The candidate would have a solid background regarding dental insurance, following up on past treatment plans with patients, scheduling of appointments, and clarifying with patients’ questions. Remuneration depending on the candidates’ professional experience.If you are a hardworking and motivated individual and have excellent communication skills we would love to meet you!

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Patient Recall and managing schedule
Assist with collecting and monitoring performance metrics
Treatment planning, present treatment plans to patients, discuss financials
Insurance breakdowns and submission
Support management of account receivables and account payables
Perform all administrative duties necessary to ensure that dental practice is running smoothly.
Other administrative duties as assigned
Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset
