Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you do not have more than 5 years as a dental receptionist, please do not apply for this job. You must have knowledge and be experienced in; taking payments, running Insurance, booking patients, answering phone calls, receiving voicemails, and filing patient charts.
You must have good inter-professional skills, be able to communicate with team members, also be able to communicate with patient positively and effectively, in a safe and respectful manner towards all patients.
You must have good organizational skills, finishing tasks efficiently and effectively with follow up is key.
This office does have a dress code.
