You’ll be the heart of our front desk, supporting patients, coordinating schedules, and keeping our day running smoothly. If you have dental office experience and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Patient scheduling — Manage appointments, confirmations, and daily schedule flow
Front‑desk operations — Greet patients, handle check‑ins/check‑outs, maintain a welcoming environment
Insurance coordination — Verify coverage, process claims, and assist patients with billing questions
Communication management — Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support clinical staff
Record accuracy — Maintain patient charts and ensure HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years dental office experience
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and scheduling software
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Warm, professional demeanor with a patient‑first mindset
