Experienced Dental Receptionist

A warm and collaborative specialty dental office in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team. This innovative periodontal practice is supported by a close-knit and professional team environment.

They are looking for someone who is kind, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively while providing excellent patient care and administrative support.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday
• Start time between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
• End time between 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends

Compensation & Perks

• $32–36/hour based on experience and skill set
• $750 annual healthcare allowance (after tax)
• Uniform allowance after 3 months
• Free parking available

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

• Communicate with patients by phone, email, text, and in person
• Process payments and insurance forms
• Send reports and correspondence to referring doctors and patients
• Coordinate recall systems and scheduling using Cleardent
• Manage day-end balancing and general administrative duties
• Fax prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental office reception role
