Smiles Of Canada is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Oakville. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
Location: Oakville, ON
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
Manage patient recalls and follow-up appointments.
Prepare and submit insurance estimates and claims.
Process billing and payments.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience (required).
Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or similar programs.
Strong knowledge of insurance claims, estimates, and billing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
