Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations including patient scheduling and check-in/check-out
Handle insurance claims, submissions, and follow-ups
Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR)
Collect and post payments, manage outstanding balances
Communicate with patients regarding billing and insurance inquiries
Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
Ensure accurate patient records and data entry
Support overall administrative and office workflow
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of dental reception experience (required)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and AR management
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., abeldent)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
