Experienced Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced patient care coordinator to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. As the first point of contact for our patients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our patients. Responsibilities for this role include verifying patient insurance, answering phones, confirmation calls, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans to patients, checking patients in and out, maintain patient accounts and records.
