Job Description
Our Vision
We envision a workplace where clarity, purpose, and integrity guide everything we do. A place where every team member understands their impact, feels valued, and is proud to be part of something bigger than themselves. For patients, that means no one is left suffering in dental pain because they “couldn’t get in.”
Our Mission
Get people out of dental pain today.
Dental Care Now is an on‑demand, fee‑for‑service clinic that offers same‑day appointments and treatment for urgent dental problems. We operate 7 days a week, with extended hours, so we can be there when patients need us most.
Our Values
Serve with Heart: Every patient gets our full attention and genuine care. We treat people like they matter, because they do.
Bring the Energy: We show up positive, enthusiastic, and ready to help. Our attitude is contagious and sets the tone.
Own Your Integrity: We do what is right, tell the truth, and keep our word with patients and with each other. Always.
Raise the Standard: We take pride in being the best at what we do. Every patient deserves our best, so that is what we give. Expectations are clear, progress is mandatory, support is given.
The role
You are the heartbeat of the practice. You are the first voice patients hear and the last smile they see. You own the experience from first call to checkout so patients in pain feel calm, informed, and confident saying “YES” to the care they need today.
What Winning Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
You answer 95%+ of calls on the first ring during your shift and return missed calls within 60 seconds.
100% of patients asked for a review. Patient reviews mention you by name for being “kind,” “helpful,” or “made it easy.”
