Experienced Dental Receptionist

is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced dental practice. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, strong dental knowledge, and the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Monday – Friday
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of dental front office experience (required)
Proficient with Dentrix and DEXIS
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced dental office
Team player with strong multitasking abilities
SPANISH speaking
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit insurance claims, billing, and follow up on outstanding claims
Prepare and present treatment plans
Explain insurance coverage and patient financial responsibilities
Utilize dental insurance portals for claim status, eligibility, and pre-authorizations
Collect patient payments using various payment methods (cash, check, credit cards, financing, etc.)
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Coordinate patient appointments and provider schedules
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring patients' needs are met
Candidates must be familiar with common dental procedures, including:
Root Canals
Extractions
Dental Implants
Sedation Dentistry
Crowns & Bridges
Dentures
Periodontal Treatment
Preventive and Restorative Dentistry
