Experienced Dental Receptionist (Tracker)

A progressive and fast-paced office in Delta/Surrey (Strawberry Hill) is looking for an Experienced Dental Receptionist who is bright, self-efficient, personable, and a critical thinker. This General Practice is family-focused and provides a warm and friendly environment. The patients’ comfort is their priority, and they offer general, cosmetic, and surgical dental services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them.
• Optimize the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.
• Handle billing, insurance verification, and payments with attention to detail.
• Manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database.
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from the provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.
• Assist in managing office supplies.

Compensation:

• $30-$34 per hour, based on years of experience and Tracker proficiency.

Schedule:

• Mondays (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
• Tuesdays (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
• Fridays (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Saturdays (3 per month, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Requirements:

• At least one year of Dental Receptionist experience.
• Full proficiency with Tracker (meaning you can navigate the software A through Z when you are by yourself).
