Milliken Dental Group and Rancho Dental Office are growing and looking for excellent, reliable team members to join our practices in Rialto and Rancho Cucamonga.

We are hiring for:

Dental Receptionists / Front Office Coordinators

Dental Assistants / Clinical Staff (DA or RDA preferred)

We are looking for friendly, professional, dependable individuals who enjoy helping patients and working as part of a strong dental team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of continuous dental office experience

Dental Receptionists must have dental front office experience, including scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, check-in/check-out, and experience using a Dental Practice Management Software (PMS)

Clinical staff must have dental assisting experience; DA or RDA qualifications preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance

Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to follow office systems
