Job Description
Premier Dental of Branchburg is hiring an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who can step into a busy dental office and make an immediate impact.
This is not an entry-level front desk role. We are looking for someone who already understands dental treatment plans, PPO insurance, patient estimates, scheduling, and follow-up.
We are willing to pay above the local market — up to $30/hour (including bonus) — for someone who is experienced, dependable, and wants to grow into a higher-level role.
Responsibilities
Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
Explain insurance benefits, patient portions, and payment options
Follow up with unscheduled treatment
Help keep the doctor’s schedule productive
Coordinate with the clinical team and Office Manager
Handle patient questions and objections with confidence
Maintain accurate notes, estimates, and treatment plan details
Requirements
Dental office experience required
Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of PPO insurance and patient estimates
Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options
Reliable, organized, and professional
Strong follow-up skills
Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus
Who succeeds here
The right person is confident, accountable, and wants to be excellent at the job. We want someone who takes ownership, follows up, helps patients move forward with treatment, and wants a long-term growth opportunity.
This is not the right fit for someone looking for a quiet receptionist job or someone who needs to be trained from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits
$30/hour with bonuses
Full-time schedule
Growth path into office leadership
Dental benefits
401(k) eligibility
Paid time off
To apply, please submit your resume and include any experience you have presenting dental treatment plans, discussing insurance, or helping patients schedule treatment.
