Job Title: Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator
Location: Gold Canyon, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time - 32-35 hours/week Monday-Thursday, some Friday's
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Dental Receptionist with 4+ years of experience to join our friendly and patient-focused, privately owned general/cosmetic dental practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable managing a fast-paced front office environment. We are a 1 provider and 2 hygienist office, with 1 provider on some Fridays providing Implant Services.
Key Responsibilities
Patient check-in and check-out
Treatment planning and presentation
Insurance verification and coordination
Managing multi-line phone systems
Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Providing excellent customer service to patients and team members
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of dental front office experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes
Strong knowledge with treatment planning general office treatment & implants
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Manage office email & patient data entry
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Experience with ORYX software is a plus, but not required
Compensation
$25–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Some Fridays as needed : 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
