Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and energetic treatment coordinator.

Position Summary:
The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment options and financial plans. You’ll serve as the bridge between the patient, doctor, and insurance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Verifying Insurance
Checking patients in/out
Present and schedule treatment clearly and effectively
Discuss financial options and insurance with patients
Responding promptly to patient and doctor inquiries
Review schedules daily to fill any open appointment times. Monitor changes continuously throughout the day as schedule changes to fill open times
Collect and enter payments
Prepare daily deposits
Answer telephones and check office emails daily
Run necessary patient reports and make follow up and treatment calls
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
Dental Front Office Experience (1+ year required) – Treatment planning expertise is essential.***** (please do not apply if you have no experience)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Familiarity with Dentrix software
Strong knowledge of insurance, scheduling, and overall dental front office procedures.

A professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills is a must
Knowledge of dental codes.

Comfortable with reviewing treatment plans and financing options
A dependable and detail-oriented approach to work.

Pay based on experience
