Experienced Dentist (4+ Years)

Bipar Dental, a family-owned practice in Phoenix, nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, is seeking an experienced dentist with 4+ years of clinical experience to take over as a new lead dentist. We are entering an exciting new chapter. Our founder, a periodontist with 30 years of experience, is transitioning out little by little and we are building the next generation of doctors to carry the practice forward.

This is a rare chance to step into a premium, elevated practice with a loyal patient base, established referral relationships with local general dentists, and the support to grow a high-end case load. You will treat patients in a calm, spa-like environment where five-diamond service is the standard.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat basic and major cases for patients.

Work with insurance based and fee for service patients.

Partner with our team to deliver a seamless, five-diamond patient experience
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in Dentrix Ascend
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Arizona dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) and DEA registration
4+ years of clinical experience, with a proven track record placing and restoring implants
Experience with large and complex cases
Strong case presentation and communication skills
Commitment to quality, ethical care, and long-term patient relationships
Continuing education in implantology a plus
Compensation and Schedule
Collections-based compensation with a premium tier for implant and complex cases.

Flexible schedule based on Doctors needs and availability. Minimum 4 days a week.

Opportunity to grow into a lead or partnership track role as the practice transitions.
