Job Description
Incredible team and modern office!
Our dental office prides itself by providing quality care. Our practice is growing and we are looking to add another team member. We are privately owned and have the best patients and team members. We function well as a team while having fun! If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply!
1 year experience preferred or recent certification from assisting program.
Willing to train the right candidate who is self motivated and a quick learner.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM .. No Weekends! That means a 4 day work week, no nights or Fridays!
Pay: $20-30+ per hour depending on experience.
Benefits:
-Accrued PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, 401K matching, dental care
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up operatory, prepare equipment and instruments
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays), PAs, BWXs
- Sterilize dental instruments
- Ensure proper patient records are maintained
- Check in lab cases and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
- Ability to place class II fillings
- Take impressions
- Make temporary crowns
- Pack cord
- Denture and night guard adjustments
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess some or all of the following skills:
- Proficiency in infection control protocols
- Previous experience as a dental assistant, minimum 1 year
- Familiarity with digital impressions (Primescan a plus)
- Skilled in aseptic techniques
