Lux Dental is a growing, multi-location dental group committed to providing exceptional patient care through comprehensive dentistry. We proudly serve patients at our offices in Quincy, Cambridge, Saugus, Somerville, and Brockton, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry and eager to continue developing clinically. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a supportive team, values patient-centered care, and is committed to professional growth.

Our practices are equipped with advanced technology, including CEREC, CBCT, dental lasers, surgical microscopes, and other modern clinical tools that allow our providers to deliver high-quality treatment efficiently. We also offer mentorship opportunities for dentists who want to expand their skills and gain experience in advanced procedures.

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree with an active Massachusetts dental license

* Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

* Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience required.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
