Awesome work/life balance - NO WEEKENDS! NO LATE NIGHTS - Our hours are pretty awesome and are as follows: Monday to Thurs 9am - 5pm and Friday 10am - 3pm (half day). The full time position is 4 days a week.

What We're Looking For:
A Texas licensed dental hygienist with a passion for patient care with preferably 3+ years of hygiene experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player who is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

A commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Someone that believes in the 3 C's, Compassion, Convenience, and Concierge level care.

Comfortable and proficient in scaling and root planning for the treatment of periodontal disease.

Laser certification is highly desirable; however, we are also open to candidates who are willing to become laser certified.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care by performing assessments, prophylaxis, and/or SRP as needed
Utilize dental terminology and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Communicate effectively with patients to educate and address concerns
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.
