Schedule: 3–4 Days per Week Minimum
Potential Annual Earnings: 500,000–1 Million
Working Four Days per Week
Glen Burnie Dental Group is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established, busy practice. We’re looking for someone motivated, efficient, and comfortable managing a fast-paced schedule while providing excellent patient care.
This opportunity is ideal for a dentist with strong clinical skills who enjoys working hard, collaborating with a supportive team, and building lasting patient relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care.
Manage a busy schedule while maintaining quality, patient comfort, and attention to detail.
Clearly explain treatment recommendations and answer patient questions.
Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, specialists, and the business team.
Complete accurate clinical documentation and verify that completed procedures are properly recorded.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Maryland dental license in good standing.
Prior general dentistry experience and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to reliable attendance and excellent patient care.
What We Offer
Potential annual earnings of 500,000–1 million working four days per week.
A schedule of at least 3–4 days per week.
No evenings or weekends.
An established patient base and supportive clinical and administrative team.
An in-house dental lab.
CBCT imaging, intraoral cameras, and iTero and TRIOS scanners.
