Position: Associate General Dentist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our growing practice on a part-time W-2 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality dentistry, exceptional patient care, and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using current standards of care.
Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and removable prosthetics.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Review radiographs, clinical findings, and medical histories to ensure appropriate treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Adhere to all OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and California Dental Practice Act regulations.Participate in maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture.
Deliver patient care with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted California Dental License (required)
Minimum 3–4 years of clinical experience as a general dentist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical patient care
Comfortable diagnosing and performing comprehensive restorative and preventive dentistry
Strong treatment planning and patient education skills
Employment Details and Benefits
Employment Type: Part-Time (W-2)
Paid Time Off: Up to 40 hours of PTO per year.
Supportive clinical and administrative team
Modern technology and fully equipped operatories
2-3 days per week; 8:30am -5:30pm, no weekends.
Compensation
First 90 Days: Competitive daily guaranteed rate ($800 - $850)
After 90 Days: Percentage of adjusted collections
