Experienced Orthodontic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during examinations and treatments
Prepare and organize instruments and materials for orthodontic procedures
Take records (panoramic, cephalometric, and photos)
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Take impressions, pour models, and fabricate clear retainers
Adjust and fit orthodontic appliances
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Sterilize instruments and ensure the cleanliness of the treatment area
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Cross-sell orthodontic products to patients as appropriate
Participate in marketing events and promote the practice to the community
Qualifications:

**REQUIRED** 3+ years of experience as an orthodontic assistant
Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions Certification (preferred)
Dental X-ray Certification (preferred)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
