Experienced Orthodontic Assistant

Compass Dental Services & The Smile Spot is a “group practice”. We are locally owned & operated & seeking experienced orthodontic assistants to join our SMILE SPOT team!

What we are looking for: Friendly, upbeat, reliable and detail oriented Orthodontic Assistants with Experience for our Smile Spot offices.

Good understanding of customer service & desire to work hard to exceed the expectations of our patients.

Someone who understands our desire in patient care: developing life-long dental patients.

Responsibilities:
Following the doctors’ treatment plans for the patient
Cleanliness of clinical area, sterilization of instruments and stocking of clinical supplies
Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, cleaning and preparing of units before each patient
Chairside assisting and all of the skills involved.

Current Openings: Experienced Orthodontic Assistant for our Fun, Busy Orthodontic office. A Minimum of 2 years of assisting experience is preferred.

Must be available to work varied shifts between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Schedule is sent out 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Experience:
Orthodontic Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
