Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our one of a kind, AMAZING Robinson Orthodontics team.

If you are a motivated experienced clinical assistant, looking for a practice to grow with and call home, Robinson Orthodontics is the place for you!  We are looking for a dynamic Orthodontic Assistant who wants to enjoy coming to work everyday and be a part of an amazing team! We are a blessed, fast-paced office and pride ourselves on our customer service, warm, welcoming atmosphere and high quality work. This is a full-time position with approximately 31-34 hours a week, potential travel between our Mint Hill & Waxhaw locations and includes an exceptional full time benefit package including PTO, 401K, group health benefits, bonus systems, scrubs yearly, team building events and more.

What You’ll Do
Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, and taking full records under supervision of the Orthodontist
Perform accurate and efficient procedures to maintain the schedule and patient flow
Review patient charts, log appropriate patient data and transcribe doctor notes
Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist
Assist with patient care & customer service
Assist with performing final checks on patients and leading patient flow
Administer the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, respond to direct patient messages, and triage notifications
Educate the patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring
Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory following standard protocols
Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
Adhere to all infection-control policies and protocols
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of previous Orthodontic experience
Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board
Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board
CPR certification if required by state Dental Board
