Step By Step Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced dental assistant who wants to be part of a positive, organized, and team-focused pediatric dental office. We’re looking for someone who is confident, dependable, and naturally helps keep the clinical team running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant who enjoys working with kids, taking initiative, and being a leader in the back office.

Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
Take digital x-rays and chart accurately
Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Help create a calm and positive experience for kids and parents
Support the team and keep the day running smoothly
Requirements
Dental assisting experience required
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Excellent communication with patients and parents
Organized and able to keep up in a busy practice
Comfortable working with children
Pediatric dental experience
