Santa Cruz Dental Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This is your opportunity to work in a high-tech, multi-specialty dental office that’s setting the standard in comprehensive care.
What You’ll Do:
Support our doctors chairside in a variety of procedures including restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical.
Set up rooms, maintain sterilization standards, and ensure smooth clinical flow
Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Engage confidently with patients to help them feel at ease before, during, and after treatment
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and assist with charting
Contribute to an organized, energized, and team-focused work culture
What We’re Looking For:
Current RDA license in the state of California
2+ years of clinical assisting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and dental assisting best practices
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience with Dentrix and digital scanning a plus
Bonus Points if You Have:
A strong interest in practice growth, systems, and team-based care
Bilingual skills (Spanish) — highly valued!
