Experienced RDA – Full-Time Specialty Dental Practice

Dental Specialists of Roseville is looking for a strong, experienced Registered Dental Assistant who wants to become an important part of our specialty dental team.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to clock in, do the minimum, and clock out. We want someone who takes ownership of their work, supports their teammates, provides excellent patient care, and takes pride in keeping the clinical day running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
You must have:
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
Strong chairside assisting skills
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Ability to stay organized and productive in a busy clinical environment
A team-first attitude and willingness to step in and help wherever needed
Specialty Experience Will Get Our Attention
Our practice includes Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery, so previous specialty experience is a major plus.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
Endodontics
Periodontics
Oral Surgery
Dental implants and implant procedures
Dentrix
Don't have experience in every specialty? That's OK.

If you're a strong, experienced RDA with excellent fundamentals and the desire to learn specialty dentistry, we still want to hear from you.

The Schedule
This is a FULL-TIME, MONDAY–FRIDAY position. NO WEEKENDS.

Our provider schedules vary, so you must be available for shifts scheduled as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 5:00 PM.

If you have limited availability within those hours, this probably isn't the right position for you.
