Experienced RDAEF2 – Modern General & Orthodontic Practice – $35–40/hr DOE
Location: Manteca, CA
Schedule: Temp (December 9, 2025 - January 30, 2026)
Compensation: $35-40/hour (DOE)
We’re looking for a skilled, high-energy RDAEF2 who’s confident assisting with temporaries, same-day crowns, and restorative procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting chairside with fills & crowns
Experience with ortho a BIG plus.
Anticipate doctor needs (telepathy not required, but close).
Building real relationships with patients of all ages
Being a core part of a fun, efficient, and supportive dental team
Keep things running smoothly in the operatory and beyond.
Help maintain a 5-star experience for every patient.
Who Should Apply:
Must Have RDAEF2
Chairside experience with restorative dentistry.
You love Dentistry
You have 2+ years dental experience
Committed to patient-first care and quality dentistry.
Digital Scanning (Medit) & Milling (FastMill) skills a big plus.
You have a ready smile, great work ethic, and strong communication skills
A natural team player with a sense of humor (we laugh a lot around here).
Spanish-speaking is helpful.
