Job Summary: As an RDA you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental
care and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your
expertise and professionalism will contribute to the success of our
practice and the overall health of our patients.

What you will be accountable for:
Clinical Support:
Assist the dentist and RDAEF2 during a variety of treatment
procedures, including but not limited to: restorative, surgical
procedures, and exams. Prepare and arrange dental instruments,
materials, and medications as needed. Must be able to prepare
crowns and bridges.
Patient Care:
Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort
and answering any questions they may have. Obtain and record
patients' dental history and vital signs, and maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient records.
Infection Control:
Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean
and organized clinical environment. Sterilize and disinfect
instruments and equipment, as well as maintain compliance with
all safety regulations.
Radiography:
Take Digital radiographs (X-rays) as per dentist instructions.
Ensure proper patient positioning and safety measures are
followed
Educational support:
Instruct patients on post-operative care and preventative
measures. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining
good oral health.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage patient records. Make computer entries and update
treatment plans, and assist front office staff with scheduling
patient appointments as needed.
