Are you a cheerful, skilled dental assistant looking to be part of a supportive and passionate team? Our established private dental practice in Flower Mound is expanding, and we’re looking for the perfect addition to complete our family!

What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced RDA with a positive attitude, a warm chairside manner, and strong technical skills, including:
- Taking digital X-rays
- Fabricating temporaries
- Impressions
- Digital wellness scans
Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current CPR certification
- 2 years of RDA experience in a dental practice
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Two Saturdays a month: 8 AM – 2 PM

Responsibilities
Perform chairside dental assisting during exams and procedures, including preparing instruments, handing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort.
Manage dental equipment and operatory setup, sterilization of instruments, and proper instrument processing.
Assist with radiography, intraoral scanning, digital impressions, and basic patient documentation in EMR/DDS systems.
Maintain clinical confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA/medical terminology standards, and support pediatric and general dentistry as needed.
Monitor patient vital signs as appropriate and communicate findings to the dentist to ensure safe, efficient treatment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
