Experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Part-Time 2–3 Days/Week

Houston Dental Oasis is a modern, privately owned dental practice focused on prevention, wellness, and exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can confidently discuss treatment recommendations with patients. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator who helps patients understand the value of their oral health and recommended care.

Schedule:
Part-time
2–3 days per week to start
Opportunity for additional days as the practice continues to grow
Responsibilities:
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and preventive services
Complete periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical records
Take digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, and preventive care
Present and discuss treatment recommendations professionally and confidently
Help patients understand the importance of recommended treatment and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with the doctor and team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience discussing periodontal treatment and increasing patient acceptance is preferred
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
