Full-Time Dental Assistant – Private Dental Practice
Westport, CT | Full-Time
We are a busy, established private dental practice in Westport, CT seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time/Part- Time Dental Assistant to join our team. Our business hours are Mon 7am-5pm Tues 7am-5pm Wed 7am -5 pm Thurs 7 am-6pm Fri 7am-4pm Sat 8am-1pm. Start time for assistants is 7:45 am on scheduled days to work.
Our practice includes 2 Pediatric Dentists, 1 Prosthodontist, and 3 General Dentists, so the ability and willingness to work with all providers and across different areas of dentistry is a must.
Qualifications & Requirements
DANB RHS and ICE certified – required
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
Dentrix Ascend experience preferred
Nomad experience preferred
Itero/Trios experience preferred
3d printing experience preferred Sprint Ray and/or Rapid Shape
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new procedures, technology, and protocols quickly
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of patient care
Professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work with all providers is essential
Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
