Qualifications

We are seeking a provider who is:

A graduate of an accredited dental school

Current, non-suspended D.D.S. or D.M.D.

Licensed to practice Dentistry in Arkansas

Compliant with Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners guidelines, including prescribing and sedation anesthesia regulations
